I am a Master Certified Personal Trainer and owner of OC Personal Training. I train from a private personal training studio, OC Personal Training here in Irvine, Orange County. I have five nationally accredited personal trainer certifications:
NASM, CES, PES, NCSF, PFIT, & CPR, providing unparalleled training knowledge and expertise.
I started from one of the largest Personal Training fitness chains in the country. Through my passion and dedication, I quickly rose through the personal trainer ranks and became the Master Trainer that trained all personal trainers in the chain. At the age of 20, I became Fitness Manager at one of the company's busiest personal trainer locations. I became dissatisfied with this position after seeing first hand that the primary goal of the company was financial gain rather than helping people meet their fitness goals.
In 2008, I left my position to start up my own Personal Training facility that would reflect my values. That same year I founded OC Personal Training to provide quality care to each client in order to help them reach their fitness goals.

Our personal trainers are certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine (www.nasm.org), is one of the Nation's highest certification programs. Most Professional Sports teams such as NBA, NFL, and MLB use OC for injury prevention, increased strength, stability, stamina, and flexibility. We use Optimal performance personal training model to start your body from the basics and progressively advance it. We also have Sports Specific Personal Trainers for the advanced athlete, to increase power, agility, and stamina in whatever sport you may be in. Sports require your body to be in many planes of motion very quickly. If your body is not stabilized throughout with very quick and reactive movements, you may injure yourself.

Burning fat is very simple with a personal trainer. Its so easy when you have a structured personal training program proven to work. Here is how fat loss works. Say for example your body burns 2,000 calories a day and you consume 2,500 calories in that day, your body will store 500 calories as something. That something is fat. Now, if you burn 2,000 calories in a day, and eat 1,500 calories, you will lose 500 calories worth of something. That something is fat. So all you have to do is know your RMR, understand your activity level, understand how many calories on average you burn per day, and understand how many calories you should eat per day. Making sure your personal training is on a weekly basis to retain your muscle, when you are in a calorie deficit. If you feel like you are not losing any weight, move more and eat less. It's that simple.

FLEXIBILITY & MASSAGE
Our customized flexibility program targets all the tight muscles of the body through releasing specific tight muscles through massage and stretching. Releasing adhesions before stretching helps lengthen muscles and prevent injury. It also helps the opposite muscles (antogonists) fire more easier. If you stretch weak or overly-stretched muscles it can result to further joint dysfunction or injury. Having a customized stretch and massage program with a personal trainer ensures safe and efficient workouts.
